2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Identification & Reverse Charge

Wholesale transactions conducted through b2b.eletronbike.com are exclusively business-to-business (B2B) intra-community supplies governed under the European Union VAT Information Exchange System (VIES).

Supplies of goods to registered businesses holding a valid EU VAT identification number in member states outside Spain are invoiced with 0% VAT under the Reverse Charge mechanism pursuant to Article 138 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC. Inspection, testing, and certification audits have been conducted by Dongguan JuHuan Testing & Certification Co., Ltd., ICR (ICR/VC/HM2511102), and TÜV Rheinland (CU 72505742 0003). Authorized dealer partners may request signed Declaration of Conformity (DoC) documents at any time.

4. Dispute Resolution for Commercial Partners

In compliance with EU regulations, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a dedicated B2B wholesale operation, commercial contractual relations are primarily governed by the commercial laws of the Kingdom of Spain and mutually negotiated dealership master agreements.
